Helping clients achieve their goals was always a pro.
Cons
Management here made promises that the rest of the company had no way of delivering on time and with sufficient quality. They refused to change this type attitude, making matters progressively worse. Workloads were getting more and more ridiculous because of that and it resulted to a turnover issue. People were leaving faster than the company recruits.
