    Pros

Great people, Great atmosphere who epitomize the concept of work hard & playing even harder.
    Spent some great years here

    Cons

Not the most creative of places, but still a great place to cut your teeth here in the West.

    Advice to Management

Trim the fat you guys have grown old with - many aren't authentic or as good for you as you might think.

I have been working at Integer Group full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Generous PTO package and plenty of internal training opportunities to stay current on trends and the latest developments in our industry.

    Cons

It's a machine. Making the quarterly numbers is the highest priority rather than investing in its employees and helping them along a positive and fulfilling career path. Failing to recognize and reward those who've worked hard and have consistently gone above and beyond their job description. A never ending process of adding pointless marketing assignments, yes homework, to your workload when folks are already pulling enough overtime as it is. Morale has been extremely low for a couple of years now and turnover is fairly common. When it comes to important issues within the office, management is transparent and frequently dishonest.

    Advice to Management

Get with the program and start by gaining back the trust of your associates. Communicate effectively with employees and include them in important details that may affect them now or in the future. Sincerity and honesty are paramount.
