Pros

Company has great goal and brand promises.

Cons

Company's main focus is about bottom line to shareholders not paying a fair wage. They look to outside and put inexperienced newby at higher wage over person doing the work. Women beware you will not be paid as much as a male counterpart. Attitude is use the employee for all they can until employee realizes they are not being compensated fairly and move on. They do not keep up with cost of living increases. Company has conflicting goals and seems to lack big picture unification of all its parts. There is no opportunity for advancement unless you have connections.

Advice to Management

Pay your people fairly!!!

    Pros

Integra has a great bunch of people to work with. Many different areas to lear from. Tuition reimbursement, gym, and other amenities.

    Cons

No room for professional advancement. Office politics are incredible. Benefits are expensive compared to other companies. Opportunties for growth are non-existent unless you play the political game.

    Advice to Management

Compensate your employees better and reward them for a job well done. Provide the growth opportunties and promote from within. Restructure the benefit system to provide more cost-effective benefits. Provide more work-life balance for all the hard-working employees who have put in so much time and work into the company.

    Pros

    1) PTO 18 days the first year but you lose 10 days for plant shutdowns.
    2) Great Team Work
    3) Great Hours
    4) Great Product

    Cons

    1) Very little OT, if any
    2) No room for growth, if any higher position comes open they hire outside the company for the position.
    3) Makes you stay a temp for over a year maybe two
    4) Raises of less then cost of living, around 1 - 2 %, which is average 0.12 to 0.30 cent more on the hour. But after insurance goes up every year your making maybe $3.00 more a week or $150.00 a year.
    5) 40 plus weeks of no OT, won't let employees save money on Gas and time by going to 4 days a week 10 hour days.

    Advice to Management

    1) Production jobs have always needed OT to make a decent living.
    2) If you can't give people decent raises, help them save 20% on there gas cost by working four 10 hour days.
    3) Look inside the company for people that deserve the chance to move up in the company
