I worked at Integra LifeSciences full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Collagen products are innovative and life saving. For burns there is not a better product on the market than Integra.

    Cons

    High rep turnover rate.
Back orders on core products - like collagen
Indifferent Management team at the top (during my time there)

    Advice to Management

Pay attention to your assets: People and Product

    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Integra LifeSciences full-time

    Pros

Depending on your territory, the hours are not as brutal as a spine or ortho-trauma territory

    Cons

VP of Sales is in over his head and is borderline confrontational with the sales team (Neuro).
Sales is blamed for everything from poor product launch (all of them) to backorders and recalls.
There is no interest in listening to their customers. They repackage products vs. investing in R&D but expect us to present our product like it cutting edge.

    Advice to Management

Be nice to your Rep's and consult with them on every move. They are the only advocates your customers have and the only one's who know whats going on in the field and industry. Your marketing department (excluding a few shining starts) sure doesn't.
