      It’s local, that’s about it.

      Cons

      The company used to be a pleasant, family orientated environment to work in. Now a depressing, overbearing and oppressive workplace. Simply run as a dictatorship. The amount of long standing employees that have left or been pushed out of the down over the last few years speaks volumes about the management here. AVOID!!

      Pros

      Free fruit basket twice a week and free food truck once every other month

      Cons

      Toxic work environment. You'll do the work of 5 people and get paid peanuts. Only the men see real career progression. The higher-ups all have Teslas while the lower-level staff barely live from paycheck to paycheck. High employee turnover. 5 days in the office 22 days annual leave No paid sick leave during probation. 6-month probation
