    I worked at Integrated Marketing full-time

    Pros

    Opportunities to move around within the company. Talented people, good to work with. They attempt to create a fun culture with regular activities.

    Cons

    Compensation is not competitive, below market norms, and increases are strictly minimal. The company seems to only value senior leadership and not the worker bees. Tension in the air due to regular layoffs.

    Advice to Management

    Kudos for level of talent hired...acknowledge them, give recognition, and compensate them competitively in order to retain them, keep them happy and working hard.

    Diverse clients to work on

    Cons

    Poor Leadership, compensation is below average, little growth, no pushback on clients, raises are minimal and take a long time to get approved, little vacation time, teams are not held accountable for handling the client

    pay your employees more, give them more time off, push back on your clients more
