Pros

(1) Great people as a general rule (2) Supportive culture and working atmosphere (3) International opportunities with remarkable clients in general (4) Pretty good work-life balance (for a consulting firm, of course) (5) Individual/personalized treatment (6) Constant feedback, focused on learning and helping professionals to grow, and this feedback is truly 360, being able to offer your opinion irrespective of the seniority level (for real)

Cons

(1) Limited meritocracy for a consulting firm: unusual politics and/or power games, not necessarily rewarding the best performers. (2) Slow growing curve (3) Noticeable mismatch between aspiration and reality: although there are remarkably high aspired values and a great manifesto (both, really awesome), there's a gap between the corporate person and the people that work for Integration, and there's also a cultural difference between each office. (4) Compensation 30-50% less than in top tier consulting firms, but as you get a better work-life balance, that's kinda alright. As a final comment, the "strong culture" seems like a double-sided sword... It's supportive, but many decisions are made based on very subjective, blurry reasons... related to perceptions, feelings that are not necessarily backed up by facts and real-work examples.
