      - Good friendly people within company - Professional and Knowledgable - Work from Home (Mostly) - MSP team are wonderful - Decent PTO and Time off when needed

      Cons

      - High ticket load - CEO comes across as arrogant - Owned by a Private Equity Firm - Every minute of your day is accounted for which promotes work anxiety - Lots of on-call. You're either primary or secondary quite often. - Policies can change at a moment's notice - Lots of wasted time in meetings that don't apply to your department
