Lovely environment full of inspiring people who are extremely helpful and ready to see you succeed. It’s also an eclectic place to work at and you definitely won’t have a dull moment there

- Some great coworkers who are talented and easy to work with - Snacks / lunches - Some interesting projects - 100% paid for medical/dental insurance
Cons
- "Holocracy" model is not actually implemented: despite all employees being on the same level, there are a select few who are the chosen ones and are ultimately given the same powers as managers would. They decide who gets hired, who gets let go, and yet are untouchable themselves. - The owners of the company are technically your managers but again, they will select who is their favorite and pay next to no attention to you if you're not. - No formal HR policies. Similarly, many employees are eventually forced into roles that they weren't hired for and looked down upon if they don't succeed in their new responsibilities. - Aside from paid-for medical/dental, benefits are outdated and minimal -Casual atmosphere can border on unprofessional
