    Approves of CEO

    Pros

Intel innovates technically in the US. They are industry leaders in certain areas, particularly manufacturing and high end processor design. They are capable of reinventing themselves when markets deem it necessary. There are tons of talented people working there.

    Cons

Too many people. Everything becomes a battle for territory. Many jobs are extremely narrowly defined. Work culture can be downright hostile. As with any big company you need the right manager, the right position, and the right group to get a good experience.

    Approves of CEO

    Pros

Intel is very solid company. Great history and products. Very strong culture and employees who genuinely care. Benefits are very good.

    Cons

Intel is not for the faint of heart. it is a very demanding work environment. Due to the performance evaluation systems, no one ever seems to not to work for fear of a peer out working them

    Advice to Management

Make sure that corporate success is spread equitably across the company. Shareholders are critical points of influence, it's the employees that makes everything possible.
