I have been working at Intel Corporation full-time (More than a year)

Pros

Great place to work.
The company really does value its employees.
Relatively flat organization, making higher ups relatively accessible.
Opportunity to move around within the company and try out different roles.

Cons

Takes ages to make progress on any issue. Very slow pace when it comes to making progress on anything.
A redundancy of people. 100,000 give or take. Why did they hire so many people? Because they try to pigenhole everybody to a very small task, which result in the need to hire more people for the remaining small tasks.
30,000 finance employees in a 100,000 high tech organization? Are they crazy? This is not an investment bank. The ratio, at best, should be 1/10.
If you are not in Santa Clara or Portland, then you will have little visibility and may limit your upward mobility.

Advice to Management

Address the cons.

Very hierarchical and process oriented (too much bureaucracy)
Hours could be long, although the hours are flexible as long as work is completed on time
Rotattion program adds to ramp time as you start a new in a new role every 1.5 to 2 years; this is both a pro and a con, depending on how you look at it

    Advice to Management

Need to cut out unnecessary processes
Need to increase communication with employees
