    Approves of CEO

    Pros

opportunities to move internally but you have to stick in a position for 1 year before you can move. So if you do not like the position you are stuck there for a year whether you like it or not

    Cons

    less pay
    long work hours
    Bad management
They micro- manage when it is not needed
    Very inefficient
    lot of meetings
Direct manager who is not technical

    Advice to Management

Stop micro-managing and try not to take advantage of the market condition when compensating the employee. Only when the employee is happy can they perform to their best

    Recommends
    Approves of CEO

    Pros

Open atmosphere, encourage employees to give feedback
Company cares about employees and does its best to show it in benefits
    Pretty good job security

    Cons

Yearly review process can make it difficult for strong performers to move up quickly. Can often take 3+ years to get a grade promotion, and pay increases are not great without the promo
    Lots of type A personalities
Career Development is talked about, but is not done very well
They are willing to pay for education (which is awesome), but not willing to reward you for doing it.

    Advice to Management

Need to put more structure into the career growth/development process.
Need to revisit the yearly review process and ask yourselves whether meritocracy allows enough people in the organization to shine.
