    At Intel you get an opportunity to work at multiple area across various group

    I don't think there are any cons at working at Intel,infact they have a very flexible working hours

    A great (remote) internship experience

    Pros

    - Flexible internship length: the internship program is the length of the summer, but many start before the end of the spring semester and continue past the summer. Flexible part-time hours to accommodate school. - Good pay when full time - Good intern program: Despite being online, there were still a good amount of fun events to learn cooking, play trivia, etc. The cohort system helped give a weekly opportunity to meet with some other interns. The Passport Program is very rewarding. There's a list of 32+ things that you need to do and post about on social media and for each milestone - 5 badges, 10 badges, etc. - you earn money. I've made $100+ from essentially participating in intern events and posting about it. - Great personal experience: I met with my mentor 3 times a week to give updates on the work I had done and to set goals for next time. He was very responsive to my Teams messages and pointed me in the right direction. I pretty much always knew what I needed to do and if I needed help, I just asked. My manager spent a good amount of time making sure I was getting settled in the beginning, and then after that, we had a brief 1:1 every few weeks as a check-in. The culture for interns is very welcoming and accomodating. - Health insurance and stock options provided

    Cons

    - Remote experience was not ideal: There isn't much Intel could have done, but of course, being remote and despite having a cohort, I was not able to get to know other interns that well, so unfortunately my memories of this internship will really be at a desk, attending virtual events.
