    Pros

Pay is decent, they do provide a ton of training benefits as well. Also good for providing some of their own training classes

    Cons

Pay is only OK. It can sometimes be difficult to get in contact with who you need to contact if you are on a contract that is reasonably far away from the office.

    Pros

Pockets of greatness and forward-thinking ideas.

    Cons

Employees have no idea what direction the company is going in. We hear "we're going in a new direction"...but no one told us what the last direction was or what the new one is, much less why we're heading in a new direction. Lots of internal bureaucracy, it takes 18 steps to do what could be done as effectively in 5 steps. Old management idea of "he who holds the answers, holds the power" in effect as opposed to "share, cross-train, and be interdependent."

    Advice to Management

It's pointless to give advice to management. They won't take it. Any of the management who would appreciate constructive feedback has already moved on to a company that will value them.
