Pros

A paycheck. If you keep your mouth shut and head down, you may stay out of the CEO or COO's crosshairs long enough to find a new job before you get fired.

Cons

I was surprised at the high reviews this company was given, then I searched their recruiting websites to find that they were bidding on contracts again. I would wager that many, if not all, the positive reviews on here are a direct result of upper management telling employees to write them (and possibly writing these reviews themselves). Where to start? There's an incredibly high turnover rate where project managers and human resources disappear as quickly as they arrive. The lack of respect management has for employees is appalling. They consistently talk down to employees and treat them like they are stupid. Policies are not written and were communicated once during orientation and changed consistently. The project manager would provide one definition of the policy and upper management would not confirm it. When upper management does talk to you, they threaten and belittle their employees. They enforce a chain of command so strict that you can actually get written up for contacting upper management when you have not gotten a response from your direct supervisor. There are honestly too many negatives to even fit in one review.

Pros

My position at iFOS has allowed me to grow and gain a variety of professional skills that I would have never expected when I was first hired. There is indeed a lot of change that occurs, but it has led to new opportunities and experiences. I enjoy the cooperative environment and focus on team building. iFOS offers many incentives for hard work and I have always felt appreciated for my contributions.

Cons

You'll be asked to step outside your comfort zone (but never in an unethical manner) which can be difficult at times.

Pros

Unfortunately, I don’t have one positive things to say about this company.

Cons

This company took over an existing federal government contract and was terrible front the start. Good luck ever getting in contact with anyone. I have money in a 401k that I haven’t had any luck accessing. Stay far away.
