Pros

The Manager was great & understanding & some employees were good & helpful.

Cons

Too much Politics and drama ... way too much gossip ... its like a big Gossip hub & groupings !! ugh

    Great place to work
    Made friends
    Had fun
    Get to meet a lot of interesting people
    Great employee discount on hotel stays

    Cons

    Limited hours
    No benefits
    Low pay
    Constant change in schedule
    Not much work and it can get boring
    When you're a reliable employee you get called to cover shifts last minute and end up getting a smaller pay check in the long run because of the way days off work.

    Advice to Management

    Appreciate your employees. Provide benefits and guarantee a certain amount of hours.
