Pros

When learning a new trade, it is often difficult to adjust to new settings. However, the general manager may have a great idea going with hiring interns instead of applicants. Giving the interns the time shadowing their future employers for such an extensive period.

Cons

When working the audit, it can be odd at times, especially when guests are complaining over minuet details, or even the bigger things. Also, the quietness can get to you at times, leading to a slight uneasiness.

Advice to Management

Just to be more understanding of the employees in all aspects.

    Place where you can learn a lot about sales and reservations.

    Exploitation: AS A GUEST SERVICE AGENT I had to make laundry that means wash dry and fold all blanquets and towels, sometimes there was a pig pile of sheets and towels that I manipulated without gloves.
    Very low pay: only 9.00 per hour.
    To not pay another salary, manager doesn'tt want to hire a laundry person,
    No benefits, no healthcare.
    Owners are very unhuman, don't care about the employee's wellbeign, just care about the money.
    Working there would male you feel very exhausted because of the big loads of laundry.
    No 15 minutes break.
    No lunch break
    Poor management

    Advice to Management

    Hire someone to take care of the laundry. Don't be cheap.
    For a few dollars more you can make the employees life better. Specially when in high season.
