Pros

- The company makes an effort to have a great culture, build teams, and allow you to get to know your coworkers despite being fully virtual. Management is incredibly supportive and there is a culture of giving positive praise and recognizing accomplishments. - Competitive pay & benefits, incl. lots of vacation time and Friday flex days - There is a lot of autonomy and trust given to you

Cons

-Onboarding and training needs a lot of work. They try to be supportive but overall, CS is understaffed causing the ramp-up period to be zero to 60 pretty quickly. When you ask for help, you get it, but a lot of times you don't know what you don't know making onboarding all that much more difficult. -There is a lot of freedom to run accounts how you want and to customize. However, that means there is little standardization and even less documentation. -It doesn't seem that CS had long term career growth/it would be great for that to be more clearly communicated.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review! We have worked hard to build an environment where we support and empower our team members with the freedom to work autonomously. Like many other companies we have adjusted to being a virtual workplace and will continue to evaluate and make improvements across all departments. We appreciate your feedback and suggestions.
