I have been working at Interfaith of The Woodlands full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, and Death Insurance Benefits.

    Cons

Very Unprofessional Team Leads and Supervisors. Supervisors should lead by example that an example that staff should follow. Management and Supervisors play favoritism to whom they like a lot. Lazy Staff and Supervisors. Staff and Supervisors should be held accountable for their poor work ethic. Illegal activities and practices are practiced and processed at the Interfaith Call Center. 403B Retiremt not given until after one is employed with them after a year. Non-Profit organization so no one qualifies for Unemployment after one is laid off or terminated. Messy staff who have behavioral issues. Unprofessional staff that brings their personal issues from home and take it out on their co-workers and customers they assist.

    Advice to Management

Give accolades, awards, appreciation, and recognition to staff that works hard, come to work, do their job, and are not messy behavioral wise. Discontinue illegal practices that Supervisors, Management, and Employees engage in. Terminate those who come to work and take their job as a joke and horse play at work instead of actually working and helping customers out.
