I have been working at Interim HealthCare full-time (More than 10 years)

Pros

The education and training that is given at hire and ongoing is superb. They have a large caseload, so if your client is hospitalized, they have other work for you. Upper management are available to field staff as needed.

Cons

As always, higher pay is desirable, but the fact that they have so many clients makes it much easier to pick up extra work,

I worked at Interim HealthCare part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

If I had any questions, I was not afraid to ask. Everyone, including the nurses, were able to shed light on some of my questions.

    Cons

If you're part-time, it's hard to get everything done that needs to be done.

    Advice to Management

If you see that a part-time employee is working hard, why not make them a full time employee?
