    Pros

Very flexable with hours, i have four children, i need to be able to work and if needed take time off for them i can.

    Cons

They don't pay you for miles you drive...

    Advice to Management

It would be nice if you would pay for miles we drive.. And maybe give us a raise once a year..

    Pros

The company and the clients really appreciate what you do for them. They also offer continuing education opportunities through the company so that you don't have to look elsewhere, or pay for them yourself.

    Cons

There aren't a lot of "fringe benefits" offered to employees. The pay sometimes doesn't match up with your job duties (for example, a more strenuous job might pay less than a job where you aren't required to do so many tasks).

    Advice to Management

I would revamp the pay scales and try to offer some "fringe benefits", if possible.
