Pros

1. Personal growth - I have achieved the most personal and professional growth during my first year on the job, than in any other company I worked before. 2. Full support from my boss and others in leadership roles. 3. Felt like "home" from the moment I stepped in for my first interview I felt welcome. The interview focused on my strengths and why I was a good fit for the job. 4. The most diverse company I have worked for, Intermedia practice diversity (gender, race, and age), the company truly "walk the talk". Without an official D&I committee the company is the most nonbiased in terms of age, gender, and race that I ever worked for. 5. Great products and services, and most amazing first class and white gloves support organization to back you up as an Account Manager which makes your life easy. 6. Everyone is hardworking and dedicated to their job just as you are. 7. Humble and down to earth managers and leaders that are very easy to approach and genuine. 8. The company has a great work-life balance.

Cons

1. Everyone is hardworking and it is a fast pace environment so that may not be for everyone. 2. Pre-COVID - the company does not have one of those cool and trendy snack rooms/kitchens or game rooms but that was not a big one for me since the important stuff is in place.

Pros

Intermedia has consistently adapted to changes in the industry and evolved its product portfolio and focus over time. Having been here through many phases of the company, I have seen firsthand how the organization continues to learn, adjust, and move forward while staying grounded in its values. The company is genuinely employee-centric. You are encouraged to share ideas, speak up, and contribute, and those contributions are valued. One of the strongest indicators of Intermedia’s culture is how long people stay. Many employees have been with the company for ten years or more, which speaks to the trust, stability, and sense of belonging that exists here. Executive leadership is transparent and inclusive, and the HR team provides a wide range of resources that support employees both professionally and personally. Hard work is recognized through annual merit increases, bonuses, and opportunities to grow into new roles or advance within the organization.

Cons

The technology and communications industry is constantly changing, and like many companies, Intermedia faces ongoing market and competitive pressures. These realities can sometimes lead to shifting priorities, fast-moving initiatives, or periods of increased workload as the business adapts. That said, even during more challenging times, I have consistently felt supported. Leadership communicates openly about the realities we face, and there is a strong sense of teamwork across the organization. Colleagues at every level are willing to step in, collaborate, and help one another, which makes navigating industry pressures feel manageable and shared rather than isolating.
