I have been working at International Paper full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

The company is great at developing people. It has a good value system and treats employees with respect. The pay and benefits are good. Plenty of opportunites to grow your career in a variety of roles.

    Cons

Moving up in the organization may require the ability to move several times in a career. The work hours are typical business hours, however they are very flexible if you cannot be in the office for some reason.
