    Pros

Every day is something new. You will never be bored. Great co-works (not including management).

    Cons

The amount of stress the assistance center coordinators are under is unbearable. They tell you that they know the job is stressfull but in all actuality they don't care. Expectations for their employees are unrealistic. Your set up for failure the second you walk in through the doors.

    Advice to Management

Most employees quit before their 2 year mark. Management fires at least 1 CSE per month and at least 1 CSE quits per month. When your employees hate their job that much something is wrong. Stop talking out of your butts about how you care about what the employees feel because you don't.

I worked at International SOS full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Rank and file employees were close as they had to stick together. Good camaraderie.

    Cons

Company loves its clients until they attempt to replace ISOS as their assistance provider. Contract renewals are heavy handed and one sided. Employees asked to do very difficult tasks in dealing with clients.

    Advice to Management

Treat the customer as number 1. Always. The client is king. Don't put company goals above the needs of clients or their employees in need. Don't over promote what you have accomplished. Embellishing accomplishments is risky.
