Pros

- Constant challenges to grow and expand knowledge, skills and stake in company. - Fair and considerate treatment of all staff and students. - Constant innovation in training and education methods and business development. - Full support with transition to a new country (immigration, housing, etc.) - Flexible scheduling and vacation time for travel: needs to be flexible both ways but a very satisfactory life/work balance can be reached.

Cons

- Adapting to rapid changes and innovations in method and the business landscape. - Very quick turnaround time for client delivery (new courses, content, delivery methods, staff) - Working long-term supervising a traditionally transitory work-force (without a team dedicated to recruitment, international hiring can be costly and high-risk).

Pros

Co-workers and staff (secretaries, cleaning, etc) are very friendly and a pleasure to work with. That's the ONLY reason I give this place 2 stars, really.

Cons

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT Two locations that you are responsible for paying transportation too, and you will not learn about there being two different places until you arrive Inability to keep teachers, for obvious reasons Constant changing of schedules and times/classes that you will have to work No assistance with finding an apartment (not monetary, that's expected, but no one tells you neighborhoods or a list of places. You essentially have one month to find somewhere. Good luck!)

Thank you for your feedback. We do have two locations within SLP with classes worked between the two, we shall endeavor to be clearer during the interview process about this point and make sure that all information shared during the interviews is captured for future reference. At the time of your hiring we provided accommodation upon arrival and we paid the first month; no one is forced to leave the accommodation upon completion of the month and help and advice is always available to those who ask for it when someone does decide to find their own accommodation.
