As any growing company, it lacks foresight and is constantly in fire fighting mode between business strategy and keeping competitive edge

Advice to Management

Hear your worker bees and get some training for mid level management

    Pros

    Close to home, so no traffic issues.

    Got to telecommute at times.

    Less communication barriers when trying to acquire knowledge required for your day to day work.

    Regular free food and useless parties.

    Cons

    Incompetent Managers let senior team members bully the junior ones.

    Favoritism and lack of respect for hard workers.

    Too many sources to be sought help from to accomplish even little.

    Senior Management never bothered to talk to employees and there were no skip level meetings, even if they were held, just as a formality only.

    Uneven distribution of workload and information hoarding issues.

    Nobody cared about process improvement no matter how much a few tried hard.

    Complete lack of respect and trust among team members, which the management never bothered to address.

    The list just goes on...

    Advice to Management

    It is silly to say, but please care about your employees!

    Pros

    a lot of work at times and they can be quite over whelming but during this economy you can't complain.

    Cons

    top heavy. a lot of directors and manager that doesn't know how to manage or direct effectively. work during off hours.

    Advice to Management

    bring the 401k matching back. stop giving us excuses of bad economy. it's been 2 years since it went away.
