People are dedicated and smart

    Doesn't Recommend
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

    Good salary and benefits
    Strong market position, good product
Many good, smart people (individual contributors, not management)

    Cons

    Poor management
    Highly political environment
    Revolving door
Little to none management guidance on how to succeed

    Advice to Management

Where do I start? How about some very basic management training, and a lot is needed. Politics ruining the environment for employee satisfaction, well being. If you plan on working here, you better have a PhD in organizational politics and know how to cozy up to the right political factions.
