    Pros

    Kinnser charting system makes charting much easy to manage and more user friendly to navigate.

    Cons

    Concerns about financial stability. Moved all FT staff to salaries to save the company money. Adding upper management positions that didn't exist before to move up unworthy clinicians without properly staffing the field clinicians to properly care for patients without overworking the field staff. Poor fiscal responsibility, current focus from corporate level is reducing costs rather than increasing profitability; however adding more management staff positions for undeserving and unnecessary promotions whilst having an inadequate amount of staff to provide the services to the patients.

    Advice to Management

    Corporate should have more integration between themselves and their local agencies. Create big picture plans for local agencies to promote unity, team building, centralized policies instead of individualized agencies creating their own agendas that are out of sync with Medicare HHC guidelines. But due to lack of insight and poor management skills amongst mid management level and their direct administrators, I do not forsee this improving.
