Pros

Family atmosphere. The whole team works together, whether on the sales team or the tech side, to bring a product that is the right solution for the client or prospect.

Cons

None to speak of. It's competitive and if you can't handle the pressure, it's not the right place for you. But if you want to be at a place that makes you better, this is there place

Pros

You’ll gain a lot of cold calling experience — 300–400 dials per day was the norm. If you’re brand new to sales and want to develop thick skin fast, this environment will do that. Learned how to stay resilient in a high-pressure, high-volume sales environment A few colleagues were genuinely supportive

Cons

•    Hired as an Account Executive/Account Manager, but was immediately placed into a BDR role making 300–400 cold calls per day — not what was promised     •    Sent door-to-door in NYC to walk into non-profits unannounced and try to book meetings — completely outdated and not part of the job description     •    Asked to come in early to be a chauffeur for a senior exec; later that morning, I was called in and told, “I’m the boss. When I tell you to do something, you shut the f** up and do it.”* That kind of language and treatment is completely unprofessional     •    “Family first” culture is talked about a lot, but not genuinely practiced — taking time off for family emergencies was met with guilt and criticism     •    Required to be in the office by 8 a.m. with only a 30-minute lunch     •    No vacation until after 6 months of employment, and then only 7 days     •    Major salary discrepancies between employees in the same role — no transparency around compensation     •    Extreme micromanagement with little autonomy or trust given to employees
