      Pros

A good place to start the career. Spend a lot of time in training fresh out of college graduates. As a part of my job we have been to the universities to hire college graduates. Not many companies invest their dollars in training.

      Cons

nothing to mention about except that Intriv do not have group health plan but, will reimburse for the health insurance we buy through Obama care.

        Pros

        They don't deserve any Pros!!

        Cons

They will keep you on bench for 4-5 months, after that they will ask you to go back to India without giving you any salary!! BE EXTRA CAREFUL. I hope nothing worse than this. Managers also lives in the same Guest house. It looks more horrible when they start talking on phone till late night (in US), that too in the living room and on very high pitch. Consultants don't able to sleep also. I am giving them 1star rating because this is minimum in Glassdoor otherwise I would have given negative rating. They will show you BIG BIG hopes. They only praise themselves that we have big clients and you will get placed within 2 weeks. They were not able to place JAVA / SAP / QA consultants who were having 9+ years of experience. All of them were working as a Team Lead or Project Managers in their last job. I accepted the offer because it seems to be a genuine company. BIGGEST MISTAKE IN MY LIFE!! ADVICE TO ALL: Transfer your visa to a good consultancy before joining them or before coming to USA. THINK 100 TIMES BEFORE JOINING THEM.

          Pros

First of all it's not a company. So they don't deserve any Pros.

          Cons

So far whoever rated about Intriv Inc., it's very less and negligible. There is no option for me to select for negative rating so i couldn't able to do. Intriv Inc management will put employees in a bad situation and they won't understand employee concerns. As said by other people they are under investigation with DOL. That's true. Literally speaking they will threaten employees. That is the reason i am requesting not to join with Intriv Inc., especially whoever is coming from India. So please please please once again requesting newcomers to transfer your visas immediately to another company who can sponsor you. The day in which you join them that's where your bad time starts. Please be careful and make your family happy by not joining with them so that you will have better life in the future.

Just venting: Is anyone else fed up with the usernames, passwords, authentication codes, email verification, etc.? Most hiring companies use workday, items, and Taleo but each company on those sites requires a different password. It is just another layer to the job search process.

        Project Coordinator

I recently had an interview with a hiring manager. The conversation went well in my opinion and they ended it by saying they would “like to schedule a day for me to meet their team and get a feel for the projects they’re working on and then have the conversation about what I’m looking for as far as compensation.” I’m not sure what to expect from this, a part of me feels like this means they might want me for the role, but the process is a little unorthodox from my experience. Any thoughts?

Does anyone know the competency based questions you’ll be asked for a Business Development Analyst role at Aon? I have an upcoming pre-recorded online video interview that I have to submit within 7 days.
