    Pros

I've worked here twice, and both times I had a great time. There is no end of challenging work to keep you interested, but also plenty of support and a team environment to keep you from getting overworked or burnt out.

    Cons

It's a big company, and moves like one. Sometimes it takes weeks to do thie simplest things, and this can be very frustrating. Also, like many big companies they can act cold and impersonal towards employees, i.e. cold hearted layoffs, dead end teams, etc. The network team is a major backlog, and gives me heartburn on a regular basis.

    Advice to Management

Overall, they're doing a good job. I'd say try to encourage more cross BU and cross FU communication and cooperation. Many groups are very self-contained and interact with other groups poorly. Also, the network team is a problem, they can not keep up with their workload, and have been unable to do so for a long time. they need many more people, and maybe some pruning of dead weight.

    Pros

They genuinely, actively care about making it a great place to work.

    Cons

A little hard to get things done. TurboTax and Quicken and QuickBooks are in their annual renewal cycles, difficult for other things to get built.
