I have been working at Intuit as a contractor (Less than a year)

Pros

You are treated as a person not a number

Cons

Very very hard to get in the door. Contract times have been cut so 9 months is the longest you can work under contract

Advice to Management

Get ride of the assessment and make contract employees longer then 9 months
