    Pros

Great company to work for. Immense culture, great benefits, and a company that believes in helping small to medium size business's succeed. The sales team is competitive, yet very fun to be a part of.

    Cons

Sales reps are underpaid for this job. Management lacks communication to successfully relay important messages about specific changes in the organization.

I have been working at Intuit full-time

    Pros

    Outstanding benefits
Campus amenities are unreal: gym, volleyball, basketball, gourmet food, game room
    Operating values
    Lots of training opportunities
    Overall nice people

    Cons

Lots of legacy technology clogging up the works
The company repeatedly invests in massive technology initiatives that either end in disaster or lots of pain and suffering
VPs and Directors seem to live by a different code of conduct in a few business units

    Advice to Management

Don't just measure employees on their results and against the operating values. You should also measure their skill in their job. There are many senior professionals who don't actually perform at that level.
