I worked at Intuit as a contractor (More than a year)

Pros

Excellent executive leadership and management. Peers were top notch, some of the best people I have worked with. Provided all the tools, resources, training and technology to be productive. Very challenged and learned so many new things. Process is unique and works. Truly an innovative company.

Cons

None other than my contract ended and hope to return.

Advice to Management

Keep up the great work.

    Pros

Still some growth potential for this leader in Financial software .. great culture for employees and investment in employees.

    Cons

As Intuit has moved from being a medium large to large company (F1000) the culture has changed. The core production business units (Tax, Personal Finance) retain a lot of their personality but the supporting entities like IT, Finance, Marketing have suffered from some changes in middle and high level manaagement

    Advice to Management

Remember your roots ... its the people
