Pros
Large company with good benefits standard to ones of equal size, work flexibility largely depends on your own manager, and opportunities to travel
Cons
Useless initiatives like an internal "Facebook" clone, yearly review process is tedious and inflexible and a waste of time, not much opportunities to learn, and very slow and ineffective HR processes (with extremely unresponsive and incompetent recruiter)
