Continual changes in senior leadership have created a complete void in corporate vision. Working at Invensys It was like a lot of individual directives all going in competing ways with no strategy. Very few if any of the leaders work together. This was probably due to disconnected silos of leadership across the organization stemming from which one of the many companies purchased by Invensys corporate.
