I worked at Invesco full-time (More than a year)

Pros

My salary was very good for the geographical region I'm in.
The firm was proactive about using very good technology.
They seem to have strong integrity and were very honest about market problems.

Cons

They are a bond investment firm. You take the risks that entails. I as laid off because of the bond market crash.

Advice to Management

Keep being honest and up-front.

I have been working at Invesco full-time

    Pros

    - Provide free parking
    - Good amount of vacation/sick/personal days

    Cons

-You are required to work 37.5 hours week to be full time but the workload is so much that you have to go overtime and managers don't like to give any overtime. This means you work extra hours but can not put in all those hours. The way of dividing work at each level is very unfair.
    - HR is unfriendly and doesn't even help you with HR related questions

    Advice to Management

They expect the new hire to have CPA license but doesn't compensate for it. Management doesn't have CPA and how can you expect lower level to have CPA?!!
