Join the company if you are a talker

    Pros

This place is heaven. The job is easy. For a job that can be completed by one person by other firms, it takes a whole team to complete it here and the quality is at low grade. As a people manager, your job is to talk without providing guidance, problem solving, or solution. The goal is to talk to show you can talk in the meeting and waste everyone's time. You will find this is a great place that you do not need to take responsibilities for the mess you created as long as you are in good relationship with your boss. It is also fun to work here as you have a lot of time to waste. For a simple issue, it takes five minutes for other firms to resolve but takes one hour to meet here and solution is not guaranteed. Do not even mention the rumor/ gossip going on everyday. The company pays well and the benefits are not bad. The management job is to focus on cultivating a small group to cover all their errors and mistakes and everyone in that small group benefits except the company, other team members and investors.

    Cons

If you are a motivated worker or a problem solver, do not join. The decision is top down and you will be labeled as the worst worker ever. The management is rude and feedback is only top down.
