      Pros

      Money is ok and nice benefits. Having coffee machine and fresh fruits in the morning was nice but not enough to stomach the toxic culture.

      Cons

      Very toxic culture, bullying and harassment, lack of appreciation. Being one of the smaller banks still, some senior managers run things their way rather than follow a fair and working system. Favouritism. Lost element of caring for its people. Absolutely big mistake joining them. Have never been more miserable in my career.

      Entrepreneur mindset that allows you to grow outside your specific box, if you choose. Supportive leadership in helping you achieve your goals.

      Cons

      Have to pull for growth, not handed to you. You have to be aggressive and ask for what you need.

      Great work environment and nice management

      Cons

      there was little training for the intern position, so come prepared with some finance skills, just the basics
