    It's a job where there are promises but not filled

    Cons

    Male management won't help females move up in position even after you have requested to move up

    Advice to Management

    Please go to the branches talk to employees ask them what they would like or change. Ask them why they are still in the same position they are in when they were hired several years ago.Investors won't promote you they take from outside. Male management refuse to acknowledge Females and help them move up
