Systems are antiquated and can result in long work arounds and late nights.

Advice to Management

Develop scalable applications, not spreadsheet superstars.

    Doesn't Recommend
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Great way to get started in the industry. High turnover translates to many opportunities, ease in moving from department to department.

    Cons

Hours were much too long in custody, average of 45 hours a week sometimes stay late until 9pm, definitely no work-life balance. While working there, I couldn't even consider getting a Masters' degree because there was just no time for it.

    Advice to Management

It has since been acquired by State Street but because it is a bigger company the hours are even worse.
