    Pros

    Flexibility in work hours and self guided work that allowed student-employess freedom to schedule work as they saw fit. As long as deadlines were met, supervisors were very happy.

    Cons

    A lack of organization at meetings led to loss of productivity.

    Require ideas at the doors of meetings to streamline efforts
