Recommends
Approves of CEO

Pros

Great atmosphere - fun place to work
Senior management very visible and accessible
Some of the work very interesting
Sense of honesty from management

Cons

Expect a lot from junior staff (hours/responsibility) but pay doesn't match with that
Sometimes too much donkey work given to junior staff (recognise that they make an effort to avoid this - I used to work at BMRB where this was MUCH worse)

Advice to Management

Continue honest and accessible approach, sense of fun in the workplace
Think more about how to incentivise and retain good junior staff

    Pros

In my department and function there's a good amount of flexibility to work from home. People are helpful and willing to assist when asked. There's a lot of knowledge in the company so a great place to learn and grow.

    Cons

Not a very social culture so if that matters to an individual, it's a challenge. It can be a little isolating.

    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

The only pros are that it was a young company and there are opportunities to transfer globally
There were no other benefits to working at Ipsos

    Cons

    - Unfortunately you don't learn any skills that are of any use
    - The job is menial, and mindless and the pay is horrible for the stress and amount of work
