Pros

If one is client facing, it's a great place to gain some experience. However, not many people are client facing and those that are overworked.

Cons

The financial focus is all encompassing. Internal monthly reports rarely, if ever, touch upon the clients satisfaction with the Ipsos deliverables.

    Advice to Management

Treat people in entry-level positions like intelligent human beings. We are not machines, who can just check numbers for 10 hrs a day.
