Very little job security from the company, they are huge and the second they are looking to cut, they'll do it quickly and with little empathy. Even if you and your manager have plans for your future. Technology is generally outdated, other companies are using tech that's years ahead of what Ipsos uses The company wants to pivot to consulting and strategy but at the end of the day, its assets are public opinion polling and surveys, so if that's not interesting to you, you'll get bored quickly HR is awful, they are clearly understaffed and have no leadership so trying to do anything with them is like pulling teeth. The company is not doing well. The BU I was in lost a HUGE account and entire teams were laid off. So they can say whatever they want, but when you're losing accounts, you're losing money.Continue reading
