          Pros

Great people to work with, helpful and collaborative. Good PTO and holiday time off. Can move up pretty quickly if on the right team and good at your job, though some teams seem to promote much slower than others. Hybrid environment where offices stayed open but you get to decide if you want to come in; negative to that is offices can feel empty almost all the time.

          Cons

Job security was more important in the past and the company seemed to put a big emphasis on that. Since the new CEO came in about two years ago, I've heard of more layoffs than during my whole time at Ipsos. Moral is down and the company now has a strict no T&E policy unless specifically for a client, further distancing teams not in the same city. Work-life-balance can be horrible at times, or even throughout the entire year for some people, completely burning them out. Pay is also low compared to other companies and upper management doesn't seem to care. Seems like a lot of people have been quitting recently due to all of this and I know of many more who are actively trying to leave.

Thank you for sharing your concerns. We are proud of our designation as a Great Place to Work, but require feedback like this to ensure we continue to be. It is correct that we have set limits on expenses to avoid further reduction of our most important asset, our people. Many teams are having a strong year while some have experienced decline. We launched a Career Mobility program to ensure that we transfer talent internally whenever an opportunity presents. Your HR partner would welcome hearing from you directly if you have specific suggestions for improvement, and can offer support in addressing concerns about wellbeing and work life balance.

Hello, Please be kind. I’m so out of the loop and beat down, and may have posted this in a wrong group. I have been at my job 11 years, applied for a new job out of my organization. Posting closed last Mon. Tues at 4:40 they emailed to request an interview and wanted my top days/times for upcoming M-W. I responded with pref Wed afternoon as 1, Tues early or late as 2 or 3. I have not heard a response. I have to figure out an excuse to go on Tues to leave work. Is this normal to keep hanging on?

hi , I’m new here 👋 I have an interview coming up and I’m struggling on how to answer the “tell me about yourself statement question.” I personally don’t like to talk about myself and have the tendency to start talking about me but then I end up talking about what’s on my resume 🤦‍♀️ any advice ?

Hi, I applied for a job at a small business warehouse and I had a phone call with them about 1.5 weeks ago. It went well and a few days after, I got an email asking me when can I do an in person interview. I replied the following business day and gave them three dates. However, it’s been 4 days and they have not responded back to my email response. I even sent them a follow up and nothing. What does this mean and what should I do?
