Pros
I have worked here for a couple of years and have always felt that my development was prioritized. My team has made sure I was growing to reach my fullest potential and I was ready for the next step in my career. We also are still fully remote which has been nice since everyone else has been forced in around the workforce.
Cons
The company is going through some rough patches and are cutting back on benefits, plus not trying to hiring much help when the workload has been getting overwhelming. My work life balance is kind of slipping, plus I'm overworked.
