I have been working at Iron Mountain Inc full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

I still believe there is a lot of potential at Iron Mountain depending on what the new CEOs vision is once Richard Reese steps down.

Cons

Business is changing and paper will someday no longer be as important. Reminds me of Polaroid before digital photography took off.

Advice to Management

They need to look to next steps as the core business shrinks. Be IBM and not Poloroid.

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

At the time that I worked the compensation plan was great. People were happy and getting a long well.

    Cons

After the restructured the compensation plan people started to leave and dislike each other.

    Advice to Management

You can not take money away from hard working employees that expect to make a certain amount each year. Then tell them they have to work twice as hard for less the next.
