I worked at Iron Mountain Inc full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

I was able to work independently and was given the opportunity to learn a variety of different skills. Some managers were terrific to work with & really helped me to develop my career.

Cons

There were some managers who did not know what they were doing. There was a lot of productivity standards that were very difficult to meet. Some behavior was excused when one person did it, but not the other.

Advice to Management

Be consistent in company rules/policies and when reprimanding employees.

I worked at Iron Mountain Inc full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

There was an adequate training regiment in place and the supervisors were will qualified and dedicated. The hours were flexible and the pay was reasonable.

    Cons

There was no actual opportunity for advancement within the company. You were pretty much stuck at the level in which you entered. The best chances for improving one's lot came through relocating to another state.

    Advice to Management

The higher echelons need to better address favoritism and bias existing within individual departments and shifts.

I worked at Iron Mountain Inc full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

No sure there are too many pros. The co-workers are nice and friendly. People take the time to get to know you and doesn't feel extremely corporate.

    Cons

Bad hours, bad management, no room for advancement, low pay, and failing enterprise make this company one to stay away from. Unless you have been at your same position for 10 years, you are making barely enough to pay rent.

    Advice to Management

Find a way to show the employees you care financially. I could do without the once a month lunches and attitude.
