Pros

Co-workers were a good group. Great location in downtown Boston

Cons

Company is on the way down so management is thinning the herd. Never know when you're next on the chopping block. Everyone is keeping their head down, can't take chances.

Advice to Management

Trust the experienced staff, don't assume they are the problem. Look in the mirror first.

    Approves of CEO

    Pros

It is a stable company, it offers good benefits, it looks good on your resume, you could potentially work with Fortune 1000 companies.

    Cons

Due to changes in management that were no longer technology savvy, I experienced serious drawbacks in my final days. My manager was uncooperative in helping me working out some silly glitches in my paperwork which caused me considerable amount of trouble. I figured it all out eventually, but having worked at a company for 6 years with impeccable record, one would imagine, they would be more helpful.

    Advice to Management

For technical products, make sure you have tech savvy managers. Also, in my case, the saying that people don't quit companies, but they quit Managers, couldn't be more true. Please contact me if you are interested in finding out the Manager's name, I am not disclosing that info. here since my intention is only to help :)
